Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Finance Officer (AR):
Job Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes, including preparing and issuing invoices accurately and on time.
- Track and follow up on payments, apply receipts, and perform account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely execution of billing, collection, and reporting tasks within set deadlines.
- Monitor customer accounts for payment delays, outstanding balances, and irregularities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and maintain updated customer records.
- Process receipts and payments, and prepare bank deposits in accordance with standard procedures.
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder enquiries professionally.
- Support the finance team in any other tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Familiar with accounting principles and able to work with finance software systems.
- ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skill.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a supportive team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Company pick up available.
