Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Operations Assistant Executive:

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
  • Allocate storage space based on product type, size, and priority.
  • Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to meet delivery schedules.
  • Manage receiving operations for incoming cargo and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to handle urgent shipments.
  • Ensure received cargo is in good condition, with correct quantities and proper documentation.
  • Conduct cargo inspections and process damage claims when necessary.
  • Oversee pallet creation and labeling for selected products.
  • Promote and implement workplace safety, 5S practices, and risk assessments in the warehouse.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Organize training programs on occupational health and safety measures.
  • Manage incident reporting and liaise with relevant teams on safety matters.
  • Oversee periodic maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating with service providers when necessary.
  • Manage packaging material planning, ordering, and purchasing.
  • Facilitate the registration of new packaging materials in relevant systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with DX/BPR/RPA systems is an advantage.
  • Understanding of customs regulations, shipping laws, and compliance standards related to logistics operations.
  • Ability to adjust strategies in response to changing business needs or market conditions.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,700 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Yishun
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
