Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Project Manager:

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to review project status and address concerns.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and guide project teams, including automation engineers, analysts, and other relevant personnel.
  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project goals.

Technical Oversight:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of automation technologies with organizational goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of projects within allocated budget constraints.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure automation solutions meet established standards and requirements.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing automation or robotics projects, preferably within warehouse or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of autonomous technologies, such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and robotic systems.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality control protocols, especially in industrial or warehouse settings.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or similar are advantageous.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 6 times per year) as the role may involve regional or international project coordination in Asia and the Middle East.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 6,900 + AWS + VB (2 - 3 Months)
