Mechanical Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Mechanical Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the mechanical design and development of notebook computers.
• Utilize Creo design software for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
• Participate in design reviews, suggest improvements, and ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during design and production phases.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within the PC industry.
• Skilled in Creo design software, with expertise in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and structural analysis for product optimization.
• Familiarity with notebook mechanical design standards and material selection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in design and production.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Prior experience in the mechanical design of notebooks or other electronic products is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to propose design improvements.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
