Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a SME Sales Executive:

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation.

    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative approaches to market logistics services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to establish profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of contract documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient sales tracking and reporting.
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + Transport Allowance + Incentive + Commission + AWS + VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
