Risk Management Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Risk Management Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for commodity trading activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate market, credit, operational, and regulatory risks associated with trading operations.
• Monitor trading positions and exposure limits, ensuring compliance with established risk controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with trading, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure effective risk oversight.
• Evaluate counterparty risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on global market trends, geopolitical risks, and regulatory updates impacting the industry.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in commodity trading.
• Strong understanding of market, credit, operational, and regulatory risks in commodity trading.
• Experience with risk modeling, financial derivatives, and hedging strategies.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in risk management software and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 10,000 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Esplanade
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
