Senior IT Systems Specialist

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior IT Systems Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in managing Windows Server environments, including user account management, group policies, and permissions within Active Directory or comparable directory services.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues.
• Competence in server hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop repair is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning and data protection measures.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
• Familiarity with access controls, firewalls, antivirus software, and vulnerability assessments.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, user support, and cloud-based environments.
• Relevant certifications and hands-on experience in the areas listed above are preferred.
• A commitment to maintaining the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues related to hardware, software, networks, user support, and cloud environments.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT systems administration in logistics or any related industry.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,500+VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
  
• Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
