Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics):

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify and understand their business needs and potential requirements through structured consultation methods.
• Analyze customer requirements and conceptualize optimal business operations or data flow designs using consultation and design expertise.
• Provide technical advice and recommend best practices to address customer requirements effectively.
• Identify and analyze issues, propose appropriate solutions, and support the resolution process.
• Prepare comprehensive system requirement documentation and collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct reviews to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables produced by development teams.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines.
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed to achieve collective objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Dynamics or Power Platform is essential. Additionally, skills in general design, programming (any language), and testing (test planning and familiarity with testing methodologies) are required.
• Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is an advantage.
• Proactive and enthusiastic about exploring enterprise solutions, software, and technology.
• Project management skills, particularly for small to medium-sized projects (teams of fewer than 10 members). Ability to plan, organize, and structure work with attention to detail.
• Experience with enterprise solutions such as workflow systems, application development, robotic process automation (RPA), Power Platform, cloud technologies, and project management is an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
