Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a SCM Executive (Demand & Supply):
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate inventory/forecast meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze data and prepare draft forecasts for review.
- Complete and submit accurate forecast data promptly.
- Maintain and update systems related to forecasting and procurement.
- Set limits and approve forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and implement actions to manage slow-moving inventory.
- Develop and execute plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish processes to track inventory levels across various products for short-term and long-term needs.
- Monitor and track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy metrics.
- Synchronize supply chain activities to support operations in Singapore and the region.
- Integrate processes across stakeholders to enhance visibility in customer demand, supply forecasts, production schedules, and material transit.
- Process procurement data and purchase orders as per operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with business rules for drop shipments.
- Manage pricing data, including product price updates, missing price resolution, and coordination with regional and global offices.
- Perform ERP system transactions and maintain accurate shipping schedules.
- Allocate inventory for forecasts, additional requests, and excess stock.
- Manage weekly stock allocation to regional sales offices.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and additional stock requests from sales teams.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management within the high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with knowledge of TM1 systems.
- Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,600 + AWS + VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
