Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an HR Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's position as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, personal data protection regulations, and organizational policies during recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
  • Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team to understand current and future workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, provide guidance on workforce planning, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes, and report on outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, such as networking, partnerships, referrals, social media, recruitment events, and career fairs.
  • Support internal and external audit processes as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
  • Prior experience in technical hiring within the IT industry or system integration environment is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 +AWS +VB
  • Working Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
