Customer Service Officer (Driving Range)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer (Driving Range):

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison with licensees operating at the driving range.
• Provide feedback on the conditions and improvements at the driving range to enhance the experience for golfers and support golf practice sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of credit transfers for various users, including players, staff, and other authorized personnel.
• Assist supervisors in coordinating promotional activities and events at the driving range.
• Suggest sales promotions and activities that add value to users and members.
• Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities.
• Report malfunctions in the range card system and ensure accurate transactions and submission of cash to the finance department.
• Oversee the efficient collection and washing of range balls.
• Operate and provide basic troubleshooting for the golf equipment and other related devices.
• Ensure range mats are regularly rotated and kept clean.
• Ensure that driving range baskets are neatly collected and organized for golfers.

Job Requirements:

• GCE "N" or "O" Level qualification or equivalent preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,100 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Changi Airport 
• Working Days:5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
• Rotating shifts: 06:45am to 04:00pm / 10:45am to 08:00pm / 01:45pm to 11:00pm
• Monthly laundry allowance provided
  
• Staff transport provided at Bedok (06:30am only) and Tanah Merah MRT stations
