Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR & Admin Executive:

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR functions, including Recruitment, Training, and Development.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage mandatory payroll contributions.
  • Handle new staff onboarding, probation evaluations, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate employee insurance renewals and updates.
  • Stay informed about current government initiatives, regulations, and requirements, and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related claims (e.g., NS, Maternity, Childcare) and grants.
  • Liaise with departments regarding staff benefits and welfare, such as monthly expense claims and office season parking.
  • Support company events, staff engagement activities, and office administration.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in payroll processing preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about government regulations and employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months) 
  • Working Location: Tai Seng
  • Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
