Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Controller (Traffic, CV Operations):

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with workshop teams to allocate repair orders based on skillset and specialization.
Track and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and servicing, liaising with workshop teams for updates.
Provide repair status updates to the service reception team to ensure timely communication with customers.
Ensure that cost estimates for additional repairs are promptly communicated to service advisors for customer approval.
Oversee workflow in the workshop and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with external service providers for subcontracted repair work.
Manage tracking and timely return of items sent for off-site repairs.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports, ensuring all repairs are completed within the required timeframe.
Monitor parking lot capacity and coordinate with drivers to optimize space utilization.
Attend to vehicle breakdown calls after office hours when required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in an automotive service environment.
Familiarity with automotive repairs and service workshop operations.
Strong computer literacy, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a valid driving license is an advantage
