Quantity Surveyor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations and documentation for variation order submissions.
• Manage valuation and processing of progress claims and supplier payments.
• Draft and review variation orders, interim payment applications, and final account settlements.
• Perform site measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Conduct price analysis and prepare cost comparisons.
• Attend project, consultant, and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor and track project cost variations and maintain related records.
• Support regional projects, including assignments in the Asia region.
• Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or project lead.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to travel regionally when required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
