Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and receive incoming cargo into the parts store.
  • Update part inventory records and communicate part status to the store administration team.
  • Record and track part movements accurately using the SAP system (training provided if needed).
  • Conduct weekly and annual stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Retrieve and deliver spare parts to the Customer Care Counter as required.
  • Report any defective parts or discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately.
  • Rotate across duties or departments when operational needs arise.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping in accordance with 5S standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary Education or GCE O Level.
  • Previous experience in store or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fast learner with basic computer literacy and a willingness to improve work processes.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 +AWS +VB
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-2pm
