Outsource Infrastructure Engineer (12 months Contract)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Outsource Infrastructure Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute infrastructure operations based on design specifications
• Coordinate system installations and align with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead infrastructure project planning and support implementation of infrastructure changes
  
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrade and replacement strategies
• Conduct system tuning and software/hardware optimization
• Manage infrastructure testing and deployment activities
• Gather usage statistics and performance data for capacity planning and reporting
• Pilot new tools, platforms, or processes to improve system performance
• Perform root cause analysis and develop practical solutions
• Simulate user-reported issues to identify underlying causes
• Provide timely updates and resolutions for infrastructure-related incidents
• Guide team members in resolving infrastructure problems
• Implement temporary workarounds and long-term solutions
• Define and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs) and targets
• Collect client feedback and service data to evaluate performance
• Recommend continuous service improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in deploying and managing servers, storage, and backup systems in both Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Server, SQL Server, and Reporting Services, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V), Active Directory (AD), Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and general system troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration and email systems, End-User Computing (EUC) support and troubleshooting, Network infrastructure, perimeter security, and WAN connectivity, Cybersecurity practices such as vulnerability detection and system patching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Committed team player with a service-oriented mindset
  
• Excellent problem-solving ability and customer service professionalism
• Willing to be on standby and rotate on-call duties, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000
• Working Location: East
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• 12 Months Contract
