Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional HR Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for designated business units, ensuring the smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and championing organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with leaders and managers within the assigned business units, offering advice, support, and guidance in alignment with HR and business strategies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support for workplace issues and addressing employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and ensure the consistent application of workplace policies.
  • Coordinate employee development programs to enhance job-related skills and competencies.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and assist with the reporting of performance management activities and promotion cycles across the region.
  • Provide support for disciplinary cases and improvement plans for employees with performance concerns

HR Services & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with personal data protection laws and organizational governance.

Regional Support:

  • Ensure that HR initiatives are delivered in accordance with established HR guidelines and comply with local laws and regulations while addressing the specific needs of business operations.
  • Support senior HR leadership by collaborating with regional HR teams on strategies and organization-wide projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor law, including the Employment Act.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 +AWS +VB (2- 3 Months)
  • Working Location: Labrador Park
