About the job Customer Service Executive
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Executive :
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the frontline team, ensuring operational effectiveness and readiness.
- Serve as a champion of the frontline teams professional image to customers and stakeholders.
- Promote accountability, integrity, and excellence within the team.
- Enhance the capabilities and image of the team to meet service, productivity, and efficiency goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to ensure team members meet required performance standards.
- Address challenges promptly, manage risks effectively, and implement solutions as needed.
- Review and refine workflows and operational conditions to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues, resolving them effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to management and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Prior experience managing a team in a customer service environment is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 + VB (3 Months)
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Alternate Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM
