Finance Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Finance Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial and management reporting processes to support business decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and coordination of tax filings with external consultants.
• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and timely reporting.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze financial data, including financial statements, cash flow, and project performance, to provide insights for business planning.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads, aligning financial objectives with business goals.
• Support ad-hoc financial and operational initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with strong knowledge of both Singapore and Malaysia financial regulations.
• Prior experience in industries such as construction, healthcare, or life sciences is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., SFRS) and project-based accounting.
• Familiarity with taxation regulations in both Singapore and Malaysia is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in managing financial operations and ERP systems.
• Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal control processes.
• Experience in cash flow management and investment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
