Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Supply Chain Management Executive:

Job Responsibilities

Provide support for daily operations, system issues, and logistics challenges reported by regional sales branches.
Measure and analyze supply chain performance indicators such as cost, service quality, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
Develop project proposals and lead initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation of global supply chain projects across regional sales branches.
Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate sales and logistics personnel.
Research and integrate new operational strategies based on emerging technologies and global trade trends.
Assist in executing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including natural disasters and capacity constraints.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
Prior experience in supply chain management and operations is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment as both a team player and an independent contributor.
Strong analytical skills with a logical and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in leading change and managing projects.
Adaptability, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and change management.
Willingness to travel as required.
