Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Manager (HR):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve HR-related issues and support organizational growth.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement HR strategies.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive work culture through proactive communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and strong in critical thinking.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts, propose ideas, and follow through with execution.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and labor law compliance in Singapore.
  • Experience in learning and development, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +VB (1-2 Months)
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:30am - 6pm
