  • Pay range is $18.90 - $22.81 and eligibility for monthly bonuses and annual merit increases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving raw materials from approved vendors, verifying BOLs, approved vendors list, ensuring materials received are in highest quality condition
  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently
  • Staging appropriate raw materials for daily production in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
  • Rotating raw materials stock following FIFO principles
  • Maintaining accurate written and electronic records of quality checks, process data, process deviations and down time
  • Applying continuous improvement principles in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Adhering to all government regulations and Company policies
  • Assisting in and/or performing minor equipment maintenance as necessary to ensure efficient equipment operation
  • Working independently or as part of a team as necessary
  • Other activities assigned by the Distribution Manager or Team Leader

SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate should possess the following:

REQUIRED:

  • Forklift Certification with at least 3+ years of experience double forklift experience highly preferred
  • Experience stacking pallets 4 high safely and quickly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Proficiency using computers both for automation control and standard business applications including Microsoft Word and email

PREFERRED:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Warehouse management system experience
