Referral Terms and Conditions

These Referral Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the referral program ("Program") offered by True-Fit Careers Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By referring candidates to us for job placement or recruitment services, you ("Referrer" or "You") agree to comply with these Terms.
True-Fit Careers Inc is a staffing and recruiting agency providing placement services for employers and job seekers. We may offer compensation or incentives for successful referrals in accordance with the guidelines provided in these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in our referral program, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You cannot be an employee, agent, or representative of True-Fit Careers Inc.
- Referrals can be made by individuals, contractors, or businesses who are not currently engaged in any contractual or employment relationship with True-Fit Careers Inc.
Exclusions:
- Employees, contractors, and agents of True-Fit Careers Inc, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible for referral compensation.
- True-Fit Careers Inc reserves the right to disqualify any referrals or Referrers that do not comply with these Terms.
- If a candidate is already in our database and has already been contacted for the position, no referral bonus will be paid.
2. Referral Process
To refer a candidate, you must:
- Submit the candidate's information to us via our referral platform, website, or email address info@trufit-careers.com.
- Ensure that the candidate is interested and has provided consent to be referred to True-Fit Careers Inc.
- Provide complete and accurate details about the candidate, including but not limited to their name, contact information, qualifications, and resume (if available).
Referral Approval:
- True-Fit Careers Inc reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets our criteria for a valid candidate.
- If a candidate referred by you is successfully placed in a position with one of our clients, you will be eligible for the referral compensation, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3. Referral Compensation
Referral Bonus: In the event that a candidate you refer is hired by one of our client companies and successfully completes a probationary period 90 days, you may be eligible for a referral bonus. The amount of the referral bonus will be determined by True-Fit Careers Inc and will be outlined in the Referral Program guidelines.
- Referral Payment Terms: Referral bonuses will be paid within 90 days after the candidate has completed the probationary period successfully if placed permanently or 300 hours worked if placed at a temporary assignment. Only one type of referral bonus will be paid out for each referral.
- Payment Method: Referral payments will be made via check or bank transfer.
- Taxes: The Referrer is responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on referral bonuses or compensation received.
Referral Exclusions:
- If the referred candidate is already in our system (e.g., previously submitted, interviewed, or contacted by True-Fit Careers Inc within the past 6 months, the referral may not qualify for compensation.
- If the referred candidate is hired by True-Fit Careers Inc or one of our clients for a temporary or contract position, the referral may not be eligible for the bonus.
4. Referral Disqualification
True-Fit Careers Inc reserves the right to disqualify any referral from the program if:
- The candidate is not hired by one of our clients.
- The information provided by the Referrer is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
- The referred candidate does not meet the job requirements set by our clients.
- The candidate was already in our database or had already been contacted by us in the past 6 months.
5. Confidentiality
By participating in the Program, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all candidate information shared with True-Fit Careers Inc. You may not disclose any personal, confidential, or proprietary information of the referred candidate without their explicit consent, unless required by law.
6. No Employment Relationship
Participation in the referral program does not create an employment relationship between the Referrer and True-Fit Careers Inc. The Referrer is an independent party who is merely referring candidates for consideration. The referred candidate's hiring and employment decisions are made solely by the client company, and True-Fit Careers Inc has no responsibility or liability for any hiring decisions.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
True-Fit Careers Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or communicating to the Referrer.
- If the program is terminated, no further referral bonuses will be awarded for candidates submitted after the termination date.
- If the program is modified, the new terms will apply to all future referrals.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you agree that True-Fit Careers Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any error or omission in the referral process.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and the Referral Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert City], Florida.
