- Accuracy of Information: You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in your application could disqualify you from consideration for employment and may result in termination of your application or employment (if applicable).

3. Job Opportunities and Matching

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the application system shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
