Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior eBay Account Manager to manage and grow our complete eBay operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the eBay store, including product listings, optimization, sales growth, customer support, order management, promotions, and overall account performance.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage the store, drive sales, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Complete eBay Store Management
- Manage the overall performance and health of the eBay account.
- Ensure compliance with eBay policies, standards, and seller performance metrics.
- Handle listing creation, optimization, and ongoing updates for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, and sales growth strategies.
Listing & SEO Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, keywords, and item specifics.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research using tools like Terapeak, Zik Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Improve product rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
- Maintain professional branding and high-quality visual presentation across listings.
Sales & Growth Management
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, markdowns, and campaign strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Develop strategies to improve revenue, customer retention, and overall account growth.
Customer Support & Order Management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and dispute resolution professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive seller ratings and feedback.
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment tracking, and timely dispatch with the operations team.
- Resolve escalations and maintain a smooth customer experience.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs including sales, traffic, impressions, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an eBay Account Manager or in a similar e-commerce role (2–5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of eBay SEO, listing optimization, sales growth strategies, and customer handling.
- Experience with eBay research and analytics tools such as Terapeak and Zik Analytics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete eBay store operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
