About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented, sharp, and proactive AI Automation & Workflow Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh or early-career university graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, workflow optimization, and solving real business problems through smart AI tools.

We are especially interested in candidates from strong academic backgrounds, including top universities such as LUMS, FAST, GIKI, NUST, IBA, COMSATS, UET, and other leading institutions. However, selection will be based on skills, mindset, problem-solving ability, and practical potential.

The ideal candidate should be someone who wants to achieve something meaningful, is eager to learn, takes ownership, and can bring new ideas to improve business processes using AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-based automation workflows for business operations.
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and other automation platforms.
• Identify repetitive tasks in different departments and suggest smart automation solutions.
• Build AI-powered workflows for HR, operations, sales, customer support, reporting, and project management.
• Create prompts, templates, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
• Research new AI tools and recommend practical use cases for the company.
• Work closely with managers and teams to understand their problems and convert them into automation solutions.
• Test, improve, and optimize workflows to make them more accurate and efficient.
• Support internal teams in adopting AI tools and automation processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows, processes, and automation logic.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and automation concepts.
• Good knowledge of ChatGPT, prompt engineering, and AI productivity tools.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, or no-code/low-code tools will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to research, learn quickly, and apply new tools independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership.
• Comfortable working remotely with clear communication and regular updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from LUMS, FAST, GIKI, NUST, IBA, COMSATS, UET, and other reputed universities will be preferred.
• Experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets automation, or CRM workflows will be an advantage.
• Any portfolio, project, GitHub work, automation demo, or AI-related project will be highly valued.
