About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team at TriVA Global. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to develop strategies that enhance visibility, improve ROI, and ensure the success of paid ad campaigns.

The ideal candidate is an analytical, data-driven, and creative thinker who understands the nuances of Google Ads, PPC strategies, audience targeting, and keyword optimization. If you have a passion for digital marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and delivering measurable results, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing to enhance ad performance and maximize ROI.

Campaign Performance & Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to optimize ad spend.

Audience Targeting & Retargeting:

  • Develop custom audience strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Implement and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase conversion opportunities.

Budget & Bidding Strategy:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Utilize automated and manual bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the content, design, and web development teams to ensure ad creatives align with marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, industry changes, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, features, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or PPC Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding models.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, reports, and campaign metrics.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads Editor and automation tools.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, Shopify, and Amazon advertising is a plus.

Additional Considerations:

  • Google Ads Certifications (e.g., Google Search, Display, Shopping Ads) are preferred.
  • Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced environment is a bonus.
  • Understanding of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
