About Role

We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who turns complex business problems into smart, scalable automated workflows for a wide variety of local and international clients.

We're not just looking for someone who can build automations; rather someone who naturally thinks in systems. Someone who gets uncomfortable seeing manual work and immediately starts imagining how it could run itself.

You'll thrive here if you have a solution oriented mindset. You naturally look for ways to automate repetitive tasks in both work and in your daily life, experiment with new tools for fun, and are constantly searching for smarter ways to get things done. You bring a strong sense of curiosity and a builder mentality: you enjoy testing ideas, exploring what's possible with AI and automation, and turning inefficiencies into clean, elegant systems. When you see a manual process, your instinct is simple: There has to be a better way!

What You'll Do

• Build, implement, and operate automation workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and similar platforms.
• Integrate CRMs, marketing tools, databases, AI systems, and APIs into seamless end-to-end workflows.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into working automation solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Document, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems and workflows.
• Experiment with new tools and approaches to make systems more efficient, reliable, and scalable.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on automation development experience.
• Strong command of Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent automation tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving ability and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with AI tools and real-world applications in business workflows.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently under pressure.

A Plus to Have

• Ability to code in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience integrating AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar into workflows.
• A strong experimental mindset; you like testing, breaking, and improving systems to find better ways of doing things.
• Creative thinking when it comes to solving challenges in unconventional ways.
