Data Controller / Responsable del tratamiento
Nuria De La Fuente Cueto, with Tax ID No. 77347023R, residing at Rua Anxeriz, 12-5f, Postal Code 15895 - O Milladoiro (A Coruña), will act as Data Controller of applicants’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights.
Nuria De La Fuente Cueto, con NIF 77347023R, con domicilio en Rua Anxeriz, 12-5f, 15895 - O Milladoiro (A Coruña), actuará como Responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales de los candidatos conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
1. Definitions
“Triskel Consulting” refers to the recruitment and consulting agency operated by Nuria de la Fuente Cueto.
“Applicant” refers to any individual who registers, submits their personal data, or applies for a job through the website.
“Client” refers to a company that engages Triskel Consulting for recruitment services.
“Personal Data” refers to any information provided by the Applicant, including CV, contact details, and career history, as defined by GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
2. Use of Services
2.1 By registering or applying for a job, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
2.2 You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
2.3 Registering on our website or applying for a job does not guarantee an interview or employment.
3. Data Processing & GDPR Compliance
3.1 By registering or applying, you consent to Triskel Consulting processing your Personal Data (including CVs, cover letters, contact details and professional information) for recruitment purposes, to assess suitability for current or future job openings, and to communicate regarding your application. The legal basis for processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures and the consent of the candidate.
3.2 Your data will only be shared with Clients once you have provided explicit consent for a specific opportunity for the sole purpose of allowing said Client to evaluate your candidacy and continue the selection process. The Client will act as a data controller, committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations.
3.3 Your data will be stored securely for up to 2 years from your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion earlier. After this period, data will be securely deleted unless the applicant has expressly authorized extended retention or a longer legal retention period applies.
3.4 You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent) at any time by contacting hola@triskelconsulting.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe their rights have not been properly respected.

4. International Data Transfers
No international data transfers are foreseen, except when the applicant applies for job openings located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the applicant will be informed.
5. Responsibilities of Applicants
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your application.
5.2 You must not submit material that infringes third-party rights, contains offensive or unlawful content, or could damage Triskel Consulting’s reputation.
5.3 You are responsible for informing Triskel Consulting of any changes to your information.
6. Responsibilities of Triskel Consulting
6.1 Triskel Consulting will act with professionalism, transparency, and confidentiality in handling your data and applications.
6.2 We will never charge Applicants a fee for recruitment services.
6.3 We will not be liable for any decision made by Clients regarding your application or employment outcome.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Triskel Consulting does not guarantee employment or the availability of any specific role.
7.2 We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered as a result of using our services or website, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.triskelconsulting.net (including text, graphics, logos, and materials) is the property of Triskel Consulting and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Amendments to Terms
Triskel Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect legal or functional changes. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. In the event of substantial changes, applicants will be notified clearly and in advance.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of A Coruña, Spain.
