About the job Prompt Engineer
Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As part of their growth and expansion they are now seeking to recruit a Prompt Engineer to architect and optimize how large language models (LLMs) generate and localize CRM content. Youll design intelligent prompts and templates that transform how they produce, test, and scale messaging across markets. In short, youll teach machines how to write, and write well, at global scale as well as deeply localized to the individual needs of diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and test LLM prompts to produce high-quality marketing and CRM content at scale.
- Create reusable prompt libraries for different content types (emails, push, in-app messages, product copy, translations, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Content Automation Lead to design prompt chains and contextual data pipelines for dynamic content generation.
- Continuously A/B test and optimize prompt performance for clarity, tone, and localization accuracy.
- Design prompt systems for automated content localization, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy across regions.
- Build context-driven workflows for regional content variation and tone adaptation.
- Collaborate with localization experts to fine-tune LLM behavior for specific language markets.
- Define evaluation criteria for AI-generated content and maintain a feedback system for prompt performance.
- Document prompt frameworks, learnings, and best practices for scalable collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in NLP, content automation, or applied AI for marketing or localization.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and generative AI capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent command of English (and ideally another major language).
- Analytical mindset with an ability to measure, compare, and improve prompt effectiveness.
- Background in localization, translation management, or global content strategy.
