In the Partner and Client Services division of LPS, you will be responsible for a team of Account Managers and for managing daily operations related to contracts distributed under the free provision of services regime in the Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Partner and Client Services at International Life to align global and local objectives;
  • Lead a multilingual team with a high degree of autonomy, promoting collaboration and a proactive approach;
  • Work actively with LPS cross-functional teams to harmonize efforts in key markets and develop synergies;
  • Supervise the team to ensure optimal management of relational (Middle-Office) and administrative (Back-Office) activities, ensuring fluid coordination between these functions;
  • Ensure close collaboration with sales and sales support teams to guarantee the best follow-up and handling of our clients' orders;
  • Optimize relationships with partners and end customers;
  • Supervise the integration and skills development of employees;
  • Ensure the organization, monitoring, and proper execution of various orders;
  • Encourage a proactive and problem-solving-oriented approach to continuously improve team performance;
  • Conduct four-eye controls on specific operations and validate them;
  • Ensure database quality;
  • Monitor KPIs and propose corrective measures to optimize results;
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Integrate digital tools to simplify administrative processes and improve interaction with partners and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years since a similar management function, within insurance in LPS
  • Native or bilingual level of Portuguese and fluency in French, English
  • Experience in team management and account management
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and other industry tools
  • Based in Luxembourg and eligible to be employed there
