About the job Junior Project Manager
Our client, a well established yet growing provider within the iGaming field, Junior Project Manager to join their team in Malta. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join a fast-paced iGaming environment. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of projects across our client's brands and product verticals — spanning casino, sportsbook, live gaming, payments, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to project planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of day-to-day projects across all brands and product areas.
- Work alongside other PMs, product owners, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestones.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes and status reports.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
- Monitor project progress against defined timelines and escalate risks or blockers to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in the management of project scopes, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assessed.
- Track and communicate project status updates to all relevant internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Support the onboarding of new projects, templates, and processes within the PMO.
- Contribute to retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
- Assist with vendor and third-party coordination where required across integrations and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a project management, coordination, or PMO support role ideally within the iGaming industry.
- A recognised PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous but not required.
- Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g. PSM I, CSM) is a welcome addition.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise across all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Monday.com.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Prior exposure to the iGaming or online gambling industry is a plus.
- Experience working in a product-led or tech-focused business.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, payment integrations, or sportsbook/casino product verticals.
- Basic understanding of digital product development and QA processes.
