Job Openings Senior Affiliate Manager

About the job Senior Affiliate Manager

Our client is a structured, well‑established online gaming group with a decades‑long presence across their core markets. Operating multiple brands in Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook. They are no seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their team in Malta.

Overview

The Affiliate Manager owns the growth and quality of the affiliate channels: acquiring, activating and scaling affiliate partnerships (SEO, PPC, Affiliate networks, media buyers, streamers/influencers), negotiate commercial models (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), and deliver profitable, compliant acquisition at pace. This is a mid/senior performance-driven role, with room to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet and onboard high‑potential affiliates; run proactive outreach and close tailored deals (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid CPL‑to‑FTD, tiered pricing, minimum performance safeguards).
  • Build a healthy pipeline by vertical and market (CH/TR), expanding into emerging sub‑channels (content sites, odds portals, Telegram/Discord communities, streamers).
  • Drive activation plans for new partners (first‑90‑days playbooks) and re‑activation plans for dormant ones.
  • Administer and maintain affiliate platforms (e.g., NetRefer): tracking setup, postbacks/pixels, promo codes, attributio creatives, landing pages and commission plans, and troubleshoot tracking and data issues.
  • Provide day-to-day support to a large portfolio of affiliates via Telegram, Teams and email: stats and reports, tracking links, postbacks, payments and conversion issues.
  • Manage domain changes in restricted markets: update tracking and landing page domains quickly and make sure affiliates update their links.
  • Own monthly reconciliations and payments with Finance: verify stats, run CPA fraud checks with the Fraud/Risk team, handle discrepancies and apply clawbacks.
  • Monitor and optimise core KPIs daily/weekly/monthly: clicks, registrations, FTDs, NGR, eCPA, retention, LTV, churn.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly affiliate reports, and performance figures for acquisition meetings.
  • Build partner scorecards, analyse cohorts and traffic sources, and run A/B tests on incentives, landing pages and creatives; share insights and clear actions with top partners and internal stakeholders through quarterly business reviews.
  • Build long-lasting partner relationships, negotiating win-win deals and seasonal boosts while protecting unit economics and traffic quality.
  • Run promotions, incentive programs and newsletters end to end, with timely communications and creatives for each market.
  • Partner closely with Acquisition, Media Buying, CRM/Retention, Product, Compliance/Legal and Customer Support to synchronise offers, comms, funnels and incentives, and share market feedback with Product and Content.
  • Represent the brands at key industry events (SBC, SiGMA, iGB Affiliate).
  • Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, responsible gaming messaging and market-specific restrictions.
  • Proactively monitor placements and claims; manage takedowns, blacklists and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with the Fraud/Risk team to detect and reduce bonus abuse, fraud and multi-accounting.
