Our client is a leading digital services provider in the iGaming industry. Their CRM team plays a critical role in driving player retention, engagement, and long-term success. As they expand, they are seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM Manager to lead sportsbook-focused CRM initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of sportsbook customer behaviour, CRM systems, and campaign management. You will be responsible for defining and executing player engagement strategies, managing CRM campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sportsbook-focused CRM strategy to drive player retention and engagement.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize targeted CRM campaigns, ensuring personalized communication and an enhanced player experience.
  • Leverage advanced segmentation and automation to maximize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign outcomes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless player experience.
  • Identify sportsbook market trends and implement innovative engagement strategies tailored to betting customers.
  • Manage relationships with CRM platform providers and external vendors to enhance campaign execution and reporting.
  • Monitor key CRM metrics, track campaign performance, and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new CRM technologies and best practices within the sportsbook sector.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Mandatory experience in sportsbook CRM Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years focused on sportsbook customers within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, campaign performance optimization, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
