SEO Link Builder

Our client, a digital services provider operating in Malta, is seeking to hire a SEO Manager Link Builder to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic through effective link-building strategies.
• Utilize expertise in securing high-quality backlinks, conducting outreach initiatives, and promoting content to elevate client website rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Blend creativity, responsibility, and self-determination with a strong passion for technology and SEO to excel in this dynamic role.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Take ownership of link building campaigns aligned with strategic objectives, reaching out to relevant websites and link brokers to secure top-tier backlinks.
• Evaluate the impact of link building efforts and refine strategies to optimize SEO performance.
• Stay abreast of evolving SEO tactics and standards, leveraging analytical acumen and SEO methodologies to drive success in the role of Link Building Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in link building, with the flexibility to travel if required to support business objectives.
• Utilize proven expertise to implement effective link-building and offsite SEO tactics, driving improved website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO industry standards, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Leverage outstanding communication and networking skills to foster partnerships with site owners, content creators, and digital influencers, facilitating the acquisition of high-quality backlinks.
• Employ an analytical approach to data evaluation, guiding strategic decisions and action plans to optimize SEO performance.
• Demonstrate initiative and diligence in staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the SEO landscape, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of link-building strategies.
• Showcase exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities, managing multiple link-building endeavors concurrently to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain fluency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and execute link-building initiatives.
• Exemplify strong time management skills and a sense of urgency to meet client-driven link-building deadlines and deliverables.

Technical Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SEO platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic or similar tools for optimization and link evaluation purposes.
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficient in keyword discovery and analysis to strengthen link-building outcomes.
• Knowledge in executing local SEO initiatives and developing citations for clientele with a regional focus.
• Insight into the role of technical SEO in supporting link acquisition activities.
• Proficiency in link building software required for streamlined link development processes.
• Japanese proficiency is a significant advantage but not a requirement; however, experience with Japanese link building is required.
