Overview

Were looking for a CRM Performance Executive to elevate our clients CRM operations by driving efficiency and effectiveness across the entire department. This role is all about data-driven decision-making, ensuring the campaigns, automations, and player engagement strategies deliver maximum impact. Youll work closely with the VP of Customer Engagement and the Director of Player Engagement, using analytics to optimize CRM performance and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance, automation impact, and player engagement trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide on-demand data snapshots, helping the team to make quick decisions and initiate actions.
  • Support the CRM team in making data-backed decisions that enhance conversion, retention, and reactivation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in CRM execution and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to fine-tune targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.


Requirements

  • Experience in CRM analytics, performance marketing, or a similar data-driven CRM role.
  • Deep understanding of automated lifecycles and how to drive uplifts in a complex communication landscape.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and CRM analytics platforms.
  • A sharp eye for efficiency, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and results.
  • Ability to translate data into insights that drive smarter CRM decisions.
