Overview

Were looking for a Head of CRM Automation to lead and scale the CRM automation efforts. This role is all about building and optimizing automation, driving behavioral-led engagement, and ensuring seamless player journeys across all CRM touchpoints. Youll lead a team of CRM Automation Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Build, lead and develop a team of CRM Automation Specialists, driving best practices and innovation.
  • Own and automate player lifecycles, ensuring seamless journeys from acquisition to reactivation.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of AI-driven segmentation and real-time behavioral triggers.
  • Optimize and scale multi-channel CRM (email, SMS, push, in-app, outbound) through automation.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance predictive modelling and personalization.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation, reducing manual processes while maximizing engagement and retention.
  • Ensure all automation is compliant with market regulations.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM automation within online gambling or a similar fast-paced, data-driven industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in journey builders, real-time decisioning, and AI-driven CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral targeting and event-driven marketing strategies.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, always seeking optimization opportunities.
  • Ability to balance automation at scale with personalized engagement.
