Responsibilities:
- This is both an inbound and outbound position
- Contact active clients to inform them about the status of their orders, delivery updates, etc.
- Contact customers ahead of important holidays to make sure they place their orders in time for delivery
- Cross & upselling of additional products when possible
- Offer products on offer with better discounts according to customer preferences
- Handling annulations of appointments with the drivers and reschedule for new dates
- Keeping the database up to date
- Anwser other related queries as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
- Solution-oriented.
- Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
- Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a definite plus.
