Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a Regional CRM Manager.

As the Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving CRM initiatives that focus on Australia, New Zealand, and potentially other English-speaking markets, ensuring retention and customer engagement are consistently high. You will use data and player insights to guide personalized, localized campaigns aimed at creating meaningful experiences and maximizing customer lifetime value. The role will require a solid understanding of local market trends, customer behavior, and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities;

  • Create and implement tailored CRM campaigns aimed at customer retention, reactivation, and lifetime value for Australia, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets.
  • Leverage CRM platforms to automate campaigns and personalize messaging, ensuring it resonates with local customer preferences in each market.
  • Use data analytics to track customer behavior, campaign success, and key performance metrics, optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, analytics, and customer support to ensure seamless campaign delivery and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities specific to Australia, New Zealand, and other relevant regions.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed based on real-time feedback and data analysis.

Requirements;

  • Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing CRM strategies for English-speaking markets in the iGaming field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant tools to manage personalized campaigns and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets, with a clear understanding of local customer preferences and regulatory environments.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting customer data, analyzing trends, and applying insights to optimize CRM initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks across regions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
