Swedish speaking Responsible Gaming Agent

Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Danish-Speaking Responsible Gaming Agent to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting responsible gaming practices and providing support to players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related issues. Your main goal will be to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Swedish-speaking players with responsible gaming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Monitor player behavior to identify signs of problem gambling, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Provide information and support regarding responsible gaming tools, such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, and time management.
• Educate players about the risks of gambling and promote a healthy approach to gaming.
• Collaborate with other departments, including customer support and compliance, to manage responsible gaming cases effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and actions taken with regard to responsible gaming concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with local and international regulations related to responsible gaming, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and understanding of responsible gaming best practices.

Requirements:

• Bilingual or native in Swedish, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in a customer support or responsible gaming role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and tools.
• Ability to analyze player behavior and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the online gaming industry is a plus.
