Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented CRM Executive to lead CRM initiatives primarily across the English market. Your role will focus on crafting, executing, and analyzing CRM campaigns tailored for the players in the English speaking areas , ensuring seamless communication and elevated player engagement.

Responsibilities;

  • Plan, implement, and optimize targeted CRM campaigns to boost player retention and engagement in the English market.
  • Leverage leading gambling CRM tools to manage campaigns, personalize experiences, and track performance metrics.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign outcomes to uncover actionable insights and improve strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure consistent player communication and experience.
  • Identify market-specific trends and implement creative strategies to meet player preferences and expectations.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this position
  • Minimum 1 year CRM experience in the gambling industry operating in the Singaporean market ideally.
  • Expertise with gambling-focused CRM systems, such as Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating campaign performance and deriving insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
