Our client, a fast growing B2B provider for the iGaming field is expanding their risk and fraud team in Bulgaria and seeking to recruit Risk Analysts with experience in the iGaming field.

Responsibilities:

  • ‍Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
  • ‍Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve problems
  • ‍Analyse records of Affiliate account to ascertain whether there are any irregularities
  • ‍Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
  • ‍Investigate financial irregularities on accounts
  • ‍Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud
  • ‍Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
  • ‍Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors
  • ‍Check user history

Requirements:

  • ‍Experience in Risk within iGaming industry, online Casino experience would be ideal
  • ‍Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
  • ‍Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback
  • ‍Self-motivation
  • ‍Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environmen
  • ‍Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools
  • ‍Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others
  • Able to work on rotational shifts Monday to Friday and 2 weekends per month (5 days a week).
