Our client, a well known Software Development company operating within the iGaming field is seeking to expand their Payments team and now hiring Payments Technical Support Agents for their office in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, report, and track payment complaints and incidents affecting the company's customers, contacting the relevant departments in the organization;
  • Working with technical settings in internal/external payment gateways: checking, changing, fixing PSP/payment methods set up;
  • Process, investigate and respond to escalations to ensure customers issues reported via all channels are resolved;
  • Coordinate and manage requests based on their origin and level of priority;
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a similar technical support role in PSP or Fintech companies.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Working from the office (Cyprus, Limassol);
  • Shift work 24x7
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
