About the job Product Compliance Officer
An established and fast-growing tech company in the iGaming sector is seeking a Product Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team as and help ensure their products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and delivering the annual certification roadmap, including all inhouse (CORE) games as well as Masters Partner games;
- Monitoring the release process of games, and providing ad-hoc product compliance related support throughout the process;
- Responsible for managing and executing the quarterly/annual compliance reports mandated by licensing authorities in the various jurisdictions where the company is present;
- Take part in the day-to-day product certification process to ensure product certifications are delivered according to plan;
- Implementing and updating the technical compliance processes;
- Reviewing remote technical compliance standards from various jurisdictions and assessing, applying and implementing the standards on companys products as applicable;
- Being a point of contact for licensing authorities and test labs in technical compliance related queries;
- Responsible for maintaining and submitting up-to-date technical documentation to licensing authorities and operators;
- Provide day-to-day support and technical compliance advice to other departments/functions;
- Proactively create strong, fruitful and long-lasting regulatory relationships with key regulatory stakeholders.
- Keep internal technical documentation and registers up to date;
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to the compliance process to increase efficiencies, visibility, and quality.
Requirements;
- Minimum of 3 years of technical compliance experience working within the gaming industry;
- Excellent skills and proven experience from working with game/product certification across multiple jurisdictions, in particular Malta, UK, Sweden, Gibraltar, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Denmark
- Proven track record of participating in the mandatory compliance audits and re-certification for multiple jurisdictions such as UK, Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Spain
- Experience in managing the change management process
- Experience in analysing technical compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions and preparing GAP analyses.
- Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work on projects in parallel with multiple dependencies and tight deadlines;
- Must be a self-driven and intrinsically motivated individual with highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
