About the job French speaking Tech Support
Our client a well established customer service provider is seeking to build a new team for a brand new project to be based at their offices in Varna, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users / network users and troubleshooting within time guidelines:
- To handle technical problems related to desktop / portable
- To troubleshoot non-complex hardware and/or software problems
- To provide hardware assistance (installing of new PCs, ordering, replacing accessories)
- To provide remote installations and troubleshooting
- To assist in selection and evaluation of hardware and software
- Dealing with authorization requests and access
- Providing Windows /MAC upates and application support
- Applying, understanding and knowledge of information systems to assist users with technical problems
- Analysing, testing and reporting
- Escalating incident and complex hardware and software problem
- Communicating within KBC departments
- Around 80% of the time the job would be attending incoming calls and around 20% written tasks.
Requirements:
- Secondary Education or above, Diploma is mandatory
- Medical certificate
- Experience in a similar as IT Support or IT Educational background
- French at native level and fluent in English (C1)
- Very good knowledge of Windows and Office 365 as well as MS Office
- Responsible, patiente, good attention for details and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills
- Results driven and customer oriented.
