Responsibilities:
- Customer service to both active and potential customers
- Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to:
- Payments
- Invoices and reminders
- Plan or contract changes
- Complains
- Retention, etc.
Requirements:
- Secondary school or higher education level required
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
- Good computer skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
- Solution-oriented.
- Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
- Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
