Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay well-informed about our product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively present their value.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within assigned accounts to meet revenue goals.
- Regularly analyze and report on customer data to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, showcasing proven success in customer relations or sales.
- Fluency in English (British) or German (both written and spoken) is required. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- A proactive and service-driven mindset with a focus on customer engagement.
- Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 - 21:00pm
