Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Campaign Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the central campaign calendar.
- Manage campaign briefings.
- Assign and monitor tasks to utilise the workforce at total capacity.
- Plan and manage production timelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, content, VIP, support and reporting teams.
- Ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Track, report, and realign Staff performance.
- Optimise workflows and resources.
- Provide team performance feedback.
- Address delays or bottlenecks.
- Organise campaign assets.
- Ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Analyse team productivity and outcomes.
- Schedule and manage external resources.
- Introduce and maintain campaign processes.
- KPI ownership: Staff efficiency of marketing production resources/execution timelines from concept to publication
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role for Casino vertical
- Experience in campaign management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and the ability to give clear expectations to staff members
- Strong Excel/ Google Sheet Skills
- Discipline and a strong ethos for structure and process
- An open and creative mindset
