Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Campaign Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the central campaign calendar.
  • Manage campaign briefings.
  • Assign and monitor tasks to utilise the workforce at total capacity.
  • Plan and manage production timelines.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, content, VIP, support and reporting teams.
  • Ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Track, report, and realign Staff performance.
  • Optimise workflows and resources.
  • Provide team performance feedback.
  • Address delays or bottlenecks.
  • Organise campaign assets.
  • Ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Analyse team productivity and outcomes.
  • Schedule and manage external resources.
  • Introduce and maintain campaign processes.
  • KPI ownership: Staff efficiency of marketing production resources/execution timelines from concept to publication

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role for Casino vertical
  • Experience in campaign management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and the ability to give clear expectations to staff members
  • Strong Excel/ Google Sheet Skills
  • Discipline and a strong ethos for structure and process
  • An open and creative mindset
