Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Create and refine onboarding programs to help new hires integrate effectively and efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve employee issues with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • Organize and oversee team-building initiatives and events to promote morale and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with managers to set goals and development plans for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in tech, marketing, or another fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent management best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools and systems.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
