As an Outbound Customer Advisor you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe. Your job is to provide people with the service they deserve.

Responsibilities:

  • You will answer calls from potential customers that showed interest in the service as well as other and explain the benefits of becoming a customer and how they can conclude a contract.
  • You support them by answering their questions and making the best proposal with your commercial thinking, comparing prices from competitors.
  • You provide new customers with good advice and inform them about the products, services and benefits.
  • Your goal is to transform a potential customer into a satisfied new customer through excellent service.
  • Admin tasks related to finalizing contract details

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above
  • Experience in a similar commercial position would be ideal
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, determined during conversations to close deals
  • Communicate in French at bilingual or native level and can express yourself well in English both written and spoken
  • Self driven and goal oriented
  • You are a go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic working environment
  • Able to listen and be empathetic to understand customers needs
  • Good working knowledge of computers, knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
